At iCombat Glasgow our sole aim is to deliver you an awesome airsoft experience, and in order to do this, we need to collect some of your personal data to interact with you, book you in and also keep you safe during your experience. We respect and take the utmost care with your data and this policy looks to outline what we use your data for and the steps we take to keep it safe.  Rest assured – we only keep what we need in order to administer your experience, and we never sell your data to anyone.

Types of Data we collect

  • Website Cookies
    • Some cookies collect information about browsing and purchasing behaviour when you access our website via the same computer or device.  This includes information about pages viewed, products purchased and your journey around the website.  We do not use cookies to collect or record information on your name, address or other contact details.  We can use cookies to monitor your browsing and purchasing behaviour.  If you do not wish us to do this you can disable cookies in your browser but parts of our website may not work correctly if you choose to do so.
  • Ticketing Data
    • iCombat Glasgow only sells tickets online and we collect and hold the minimum of information – your name and email address – that we need in order to do so.  Your information is held securely for game administrating and accounting purposes only and is not shared or sold to any third party for any other purpose.  If you do not consent to this policy you will be unable to play at iCombat Glasgow as we do not offer an alternative method of booking, and pre-booking is mandatory for all attendees.
  • Payment Data
    • All your payment information is collected, stored and processed by PayPal and as a result is subject exclusively to their terms & conditions which can be found here.  If you do not accept these you will be unable to play at iCombat Glasgow as PayPal act as our sole payment handler.
  • Player Consent Forms
    • These are completed annually and are stored securely by us for the sole purpose of administering the site, and recording your personal acceptance of our rules and willingness to accept the dangers of playing airsoft.  This information would only be shared with authorised parties (Primarily the Police, and/or our Insurer) in the event of an incident that resulted in a claim.  In this event you would be fully notified of the need to share this information with them.  If you do not consent to this policy you will not be able to play at iCombat Glasgow as this is a condition of playing with us.
  • Information submitted to us on our Contact Us page
    • This information is collected and securely stored for the sole purposes of responding to your enquiry.  This information is never sold or shared with anyone else  You are not added to a mailing list and we routinely delete all held information once a reasonable time has passed after your enquiry has been resolved.  If you do agree to your information being used in this way we recommend you will not be able to use this form.
